Jack Bolog
Director of Operations
Since September 2023, Jack Bolog has been working with the Jim Luther New Hope Center. He has a background in business from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater, and has been working in food security for over three years. Jack is motivated to uphold the dignity of the people around him and make sure that their needs are met. He finds the work rewarding as well as a way to show love. Jack's favorite dish to cook for his friends is his father's chili recipe.

Yamiles Peddicord Delgado
Pantry Manager
​Since November 2024, Yamiles has been working with the Jim Luther New Hope Center. She has a background in advocacy, being a Spanish translator and working with the community. Yamiles is motivated in helping empower folks to make the best-informed decisions for themselves. Education and equality and equity really drive her to keep working with the community.​ Yamiles' go to dish to impress someone is a Pastelon (a Puerto Rican Lasagna using sweet plantians).​​
Steven Pollock
President of Board of Directors
Steve is a retired pharmaceutical executive, working in the pharmaceutical industry for over 35 years. He has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Pharmacy from University of Wisconsin, and a Masters in Business Administration from Western Michigan University. Steve joined the St Hyacinth's Food pantry in 2013 when he retired, and became Director in 2016. Steve ran the Pantry and assisted in bringing on board the first Co-op program. Steve has been the chairman of the board of directors of the Jim Luther New Hope Center since its inception (2021), and during that time, the St Hyacinth's Food pantry merged into the Jim Luther New Hope Center (March 2023). Steve relinquished the management of the pantry when the organisation's first full-time employee (J. Bolog) was hired as the Pantry and Co-op Operational Manager (Sept. 2023).
